UK standard delivery is £4.65 with Royal Mail, free on orders over £75. Next day delivery is available for £8.75. Full details on our delivery page.

Get in touch as soon as possible at orders@jaimeandjamie.com with your order number.

For archive pieces - if your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

For made-to-order pieces - cancellations are only possible before we've confirmed your embroidery details and started work. Once embroidery has begun, we're unable to cancel or refund.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These are your responsibility - we're not able to cover them.

All sales are final unless your item arrives faulty or damaged. This applies to both archive pieces and made-to-order embroidered shirts.

If something arrives wrong, email orders@jaimeandjamie.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
