Returns
At Jaime and Jamie, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
To return an item it must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that are marked as "SALE" or "SALE IS FINAL" are not eligible for returns.
* Please note, the following items are non-returnable: monogrammed items, bespoke embroidered pieces.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email orders@jaimeandjamie.com and provide your order number, your email address and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Choose whether you'd like to Return, Exchange or receive Store Credit for each item. *Please note we can only Exchange an item for a different size, if you would like a different product please return and place a new order.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. *Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your order.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and checked, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your card issuer.
