Embroidery is included in the price of your shirt. A maximum of 10 characters can be added. Characters include letters and full stops - three characters would either be three letters or two letters with full stop i.e 'AMY’ or ‘A.S’
If you would like to add additional characters these are charged at £2 per character.
Any initials/text to be embroidered should be written in the desired format (uppercase/lowercase).

FAQs
What pieces can I embroider?
Our embroidery service is available on all the shirts from our Jaime + Jamie collection and Preloved collections.

Can I embroider special characters?
Characters include letters from the standard Latin alphabet and full stops.
For example, four characters would either be four letters or two letters with full stops i.e 'CALM’ or ‘C.S.’
At this time we are unable to offer special characters, letters from other alphabets or emojis.
How is it done?
Your bespoke monogramming will be machine embroidered on to your chosen item.
How long will monogramming take?
Bespoke orders require 7-14 days to be embroidered, plus your country's shipping time.
If you include non-personalised items with your bespoke item please be aware they will arrive together. If you would like your non-personalised items to arrive sooner we recommend placing the orders separately.
How much does monogramming cost?

We cannot refund or exchange any bespoke order, unless the item is faulty.
